Keep Calm and Love Yourself

Today is day nine of the Health Activist Writer's Challenge and I had to create my own propaganda poster.  The original poster was created for Britain during World War II and said "Keep Calm and Carry On."  Create your own or take a look at the original by going here.  Keep calm and love yourself amidst the stigma of mental illness and addiction.  And during the times when you cannot remain calm?  Love yourself anyway.
